Multi-Ethnic Counselling & Psychotherapy

Multi-ethnic Counselling and Psychotherapy involves delivery of culturally sensitive therapeutic approaches aimed at improving the mental health and well-being of individuals, strengthening families and  consequently communities.

We offer tailored counselling & psychotherapy to young people engaged on particular projects. including students, unaccompanied minors and those with no recourse to public funds. 

 In addition, service users are also assisted with addressing socio-economic issues, isolation or loneliness, accessing local services and immigration-related issues. Our staff are aware of the fact that culture is central to the way people perceive and address their problems therefore, they apply a culturally sensitive approach.
